Stillgarden Distillery is a unique venue in Dublin, which not only produces its own collection of high-quality spirits, but also welcomes amateur distillers to create their own tipple.
For their ingredients, they rely on community gardens, and locally sourced produce.
Note: Their launch was delayed by Covid-19. Meanwhile, their site rapidly became a hand sanitiser production facility.
